Turnkey Site Build Radio Network Solutions offers customers complete product and services solutions addressing their site build requirements.
Site Survey Our in house teams conduct full on site surveys prior to quotation enabling us to offer the highest quality and most cost effective solution geared to our customers requirements. Surveys include, if required a full Geo technical and topographical study to determine the best suited tower and foundation combination as well as line of site and RF coverage predictions. Project management and logisticsBills of Materials are generated and procurement schedules agreed with our customers to enable us to have the correct materials on site at the right time, thereby reducing warehouse and labour costs. Our International Logistics partner coupled with our own in country warehouse facilities ensure a smooth project flow resulting in on time delivery. Site Construction Often access to sites can be a problem and RNS are skilled in the provision of access roads from simple scraped surfaces to many kilometers of concrete roads. Excavation and Reinforcing In consultation with our Civil engineers the correct depth and reinforcing for the measured bearing pressure and load requirements is determined, often excavation can only be achieved by hand. Tower Rigging Our towers are designed to allow installation by hand and without the use of expensive and often impossible to get to site machinary such as cranes and winches, no single member is longer that 3 mtrs and each weighs less than 150 kgs. RF and Transmission Installation Antennas are installed at the heights, azimuths and tilts as determined by the RF coverage study, all feeders are marked at a minimum of three separate places and each feeder is swept using our in house site-masters and a copy of the sweep added to the “As Built”. RNS also provide a BTS and rectifier installation and commissioning service using our accredited installers. Handover and Maintenance Completed sites are handed over to the customer with full design and “As Built” drawings including RF sweeps, Earthing test, foundation results and manufacturers warranties. First and second line maintenance programs suited to our customers individual needs are available, we also offer a remote monitoring service for our repeater installations based at our Head Office in Johannesburg. Solar Power Options for Solar and wind powered sites are available using “best of breed” products. RNS can design, supply, install and commission correctly dimensioned alternative energy solutions for your Rural and environmentally sensitive sites. |
