Wilhelmina Cecilia de Winnaar, fondly known as Minky, serves as the Logistics Manager at Radio Network Solutions, having joined the team on 1 March 2013. With a logistics career that began in the early 2000s, Minky brings a wealth of experience and passion to her role. She holds a Purchasing and Supply diploma, which complements her extensive hands-on experience in the field.
In her current position, Minky oversees the movement, distribution and storage of materials, ensuring that inventory management, transportation, as well as material handling run smoothly. She coordinates the full order cycle for both local and international requirements, always striving for efficiency and effectiveness.
Minky is motivated by her colleagues, who she considers family. She values the teamwork that helps navigate both challenges and successes within the workplace. Her dedication to her role is matched by her commitment to personal well-being, as evidenced by her active participation in Parkruns. Having completed more than 250 events, she finds that running not only keeps her healthy and strong but also helps manage stress levels. Minky also enjoys volunteering at various venues, further enhancing her sense of community.
