Welhelm Jacobus Keulder, known as Willie, is part of the management team that founded Radio Network Solutions in June 2006. With 27 years of relevant experience, he currently serves as the Managing Director, where he is instrumental in shaping the company's vision, mission and strategic direction to foster sustainable growth.
In his role, Willie identifies opportunities for expansion and makes strategic decisions to propel the company forward. He ensures operational efficiency and effectiveness by overseeing daily activities and implementing policies and procedures aligned with RNS’ objectives. As the primary point of contact for stakeholders, members and clients, he is dedicated to establishing key performance indicators and monitoring progress towards those goals.
Willie holds an N6 Diploma in Civil Engineering, as well as credentials in Advanced Project Management and iBwave Design Level 2. His journey at RNS began with his role as Operational Director, which laid a strong foundation for his current position and enriched his comprehensive understanding of the company.
What motivates Willie in his role is the opportunity to mentor and develop a talented team. He finds fulfilment in witnessing their growth and success while navigating industry changes and driving innovation, which keeps his work dynamic and exciting.
Outside of his professional commitments, Willie enjoys spending his weekends watching his children play sports. His enthusiasm for sports, particularly cricket, reflects his passion for teamwork and dedication both on and off the field.
